Sketchbook ■
My process
Ever since I was a kid I’ve carried an ongoing sketchbook with me. I used to fill it with characters and comics. Not much has changed.
To this day, my sketchbooks function almost like diaries. They hold fragments, thoughts, and visual experiments that accumulate over time.
I’ve developed my own tools to navigate the messiness of drawing without a preconceived notion. I use Post-its and paint markers to create patches and frames, allowing compositions to emerge organically. Through this process, each page becomes a happy accidental layout.
